Founder & Principal Consultant
Amanullah Baheer is a federal acquisition and program management professional with more than 14 years of experience supporting U.S. Government programs, including more than seven years specializing in federal acquisition and assistance. His experience spans acquisition planning, procurement, contract and award administration, financial and administrative oversight, termination and closeout, program operations, project management, and process improvement.
His credentials include an MBA, PMP® certification, and FAC-C Professional certification. Through Astra Acquisition Solutions, he brings practitioner-focused experience, disciplined project management, and an interest in responsible AI and process improvement to organizations requiring acquisition, program, mission-support, and business advisory services.
